About Studentflex

Studentflex is the employment agency that’s looking for durable commitments. That long-term aspect is only feasible if you are genuinely interested in each other. In candidates, in clients. So we don’t have endless lists of vacancies. We don’t present our clients with long lists of CVs. We talk, research, analyse. And then we mediate. That’s where we’re different from the rest.

Studentflex can be found in Utrecht, Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and we work for clients throughout all of the Netherlands.

How it all started

Studentflex was thought up in 2009, at an ordinary kitchen table in Utrecht. Kasper Klop and Maurits ter Poorten, newly graduated, pondered about what a shame it would be not to make any more use of the fantastic network they had built in the previous years. A network from which they had already responded to several spontaneous requests for extra helping hands.

They decided to start an employment agency, but one with a difference. One that actually begins with the candidates’ strengths. That goes looking for motivation, interests and stumbling blocks. An agency that coaches, encourages, activates. And that turned out to be a gap in the market, something that not only students, but also potential employers were looking for.

The next logical step was a development agency that gives talents a broader view of themselves, the job market and society:  theHigh Potential Academy. Graduates get a kick-start there, and find a sounding board and starters’ positions.
